Anyone who attributes success to themselves is an embezzler of God's right

True success is not measured by achievements alone, but by gratitude, integrity, and divine guidance that sustains it over time.

This is a powerful, faith-driven professional message. I have translated it into English while maintaining its spiritual depth and professional integrity, ensuring the tone remains authentic and inspiring. Success: Divine Guidance Before Human Achievement True success is not merely human cleverness, nor is it solely the byproduct of effort. In its essence, it is a Divine arrangement and pure guidance from God. Any person whom God has graced with success, only for them to stand on a pedestal and attribute that success to themselves alone, has claimed what rightfully belongs to God. God is the Giver, the Granter of Success, and the One capable of granting you success once—and consistency forever. Temporary success may be achieved by many, but continuity in success is the true test; it is the ultimate sign of Divine support. From my personal experience, I have witnessed this meaning clearly. I have seen the hand of God working with me step by step, moving me from one success to a greater one, and from one journey to an even grander horizon. A Vision Born in 2005... and Still Going Strong Since 2005, when I began my professional journey in Kuwait, I have worked according to a clear vision and principles that remain unchanged today, in 2026. Twenty-one years of commitment to the same philosophy, the same values, and the same principles. And when God decreed my return to Egypt, I found myself loving the work here with all sincerity. Egypt is a great nation, a land overflowing with opportunities, offering true work for those who possess a vision. This is not media rhetoric; it is a conviction I declare anywhere in the world: our country is among the greatest on Earth. The Developer and the Broker: Partnership or Conflict? When we sit as real estate developers with our partners from brokerage firms, we must ask ourselves a blunt question: Are we truly "Partners in Success"? Or are we merely parties dealing with a "prey" called the Client? The client is the only person God has entrusted us with. They are the ones who pay the developer and the broker alike. If we deal with them through the lens of exploitation, we have betrayed that trust, regardless of the profits. Neither the developer who pays a higher commission is necessarily right, nor is the broker who sells their conscience for a higher number faithful before God. The Concept of "Partners in Success" is Not a Slogan We often repeat the phrase "Partners in Success." It is a beautiful, resonant phrase, but it is not easily achieved. Not every two people sitting together become partners, and not every partnership leads to success. To truly be partners in success, clear conditions must be met: Unity of Vision: We cannot work together if we hold contradictory beliefs. Unity of Goal: Our goal is one—to serve the client, not to drain them. Unity of Values: Integrity, honesty, and the fear of God must be the foundation. When these elements unite, a partnership transforms from a mere temporary collaboration into a continuous journey of success. A Word from the Heart I did not write these words to polish or beautify them; they came straight from the heart. If you accept them, I thank you. If not, then forgive me. But it is a word of truth that I believe in, live by, and see as the source of blessing in any sustained success. True Success... Is to work, To strive, To succeed, While knowing with absolute certainty that all credit belongs to God alone.
